Hausner is proud to celebrate Dalia Saal, Bodhi Compton, Ezra Rosenberg, and Benjamin Rubin, four students from the same Hausner cohort, who have been named 2027 National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists.

Approximately 16,000 high school seniors nationwide, representing fewer than 1% of U.S. seniors, were named semifinalists in this year’s National Merit Scholarship Program. Students qualified based on their performance on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT).

The recognition is particularly meaningful for the Hausner community: Dalia, Bodhi, and Ezra graduated from Hausner in 2023 as part of a class of just 25 students, while Benjamin was a member of the same cohort and attended Hausner through fifth grade.

To see four students who spent their formative years learning together at Hausner receive this national academic distinction is a wonderful source of pride for our community and a celebration of their continued growth and achievement.

National Merit Semifinalists now have the opportunity to advance to finalist standing and compete for National Merit Scholarships, which will be announced in the spring.

Kol hakavod to Dalia, Bodhi, Ezra, and Benjamin on this outstanding achievement!
