We are thrilled to celebrate our students’ impressive achievements in the Noetic Learning Math Contest (NLMC) for the Fall 2024 term! The NLMC is a nationally recognized competition that challenges elementary and middle school students to solve complex math problems, fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills. With over 30,000 participants from across the country, the competition highlights academic excellence and perseverance.
This year, Hausner students from grades 2–8 demonstrated incredible talent and hard work:
- Grade 2: 1 Team Winner and National Honor Roll, 1 National Honor Roll, 12 Honorable Mentions
- Grade 3: 1 Team Winner and National Honor Roll, 7 Honorable Mentions
- Grade 4: Team Achievement Award Winner (Top 10% of teams nationally), 1 Team Winner and National Honor Roll, 1 National Honor Roll, 16 Honorable Mentions
- Grade 5: 3 Team Winners and National Honor Roll, 1 National Honor Roll, 6 Honorable Mentions
- Grade 6: 1 Team Winner and National Honor Roll, 6 Honorable Mentions
- Grade 7: 1 Team Winner, 6 Honorable Mentions
- Grade 8: 1 Team Winner, 3 Honorable Mentions
A total of 10 National Honor Rolls, 9 Team Winners, and 56 Honorable Mentions were awarded across all grades.
We are especially proud of our Grade 4 team, which earned the Team Achievement Award, placing them in the top 10% of teams nationally!
A huge shoutout goes to all Hausner students who participated in the NLMC! Your hard work, dedication, and enthusiasm for math are inspiring. Every one of you has made us proud!
