Dear Hausner Parents,

Below is the information you will need to complete your child's enrollment for the 22-23 academic year at Gideon Hausner Jewish Day School. Please note that we are no longer using SchoolAdmin, our previous contracting software. This year’s enrollment, including contracts, deposits, and payment plans will be streamlined using the FACTS system. Please read the directions below carefully.

In order to reserve your child’s spot at Hausner and to avoid late fees, enrollment must be completed by Friday, March 25th at 5 pm. This includes completing the contract and any enrollment forms, and paying the deposit. 


Late Fees

If the March 25th contract due date passes, families will incur the following automatic late fees:

  • $1000 if enrollment is completed after Friday, March 25th at 5pm
  • $3000 if enrollment is completed after Thursday, April 14th at 5pm
  • For every subsequent 30 days you will incur an additional $500 late fee


Tuition Assistance

If you completed your Tuition Assistance Application by the deadline, awards are now posted in the FACTS Grant and Aid Account through which you applied.


Creating a Family Portal Account to Enroll  

To complete the online enrollment process all families must create one Family Portal Account on FACTS, which will hold information for all enrolled children. Your Family Portal Account will automatically merge with your current Tuition Management FACTS account, if you have one. If you have a Grant and Aid Account, that will remain separate.

Below are directions on how to create your Family Portal Account.

Directions for Creating Your Family Portal Login 

Once your Family Portal is created you will have access to all documents and tasks needed to complete your student(s) enrollment. You will have one portal per family, where all students are listed. In the case where students have more than one household, both parents will have the ability to create their own family portal although only one parent should fill out the packet. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

  • Please go to www.factsmgt.com
  • Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
  • Select Create New Family Portal Account
  • Enter (GH-CA) into the District Code field.
  • Enter your email address- use the email address that you have received this email at
  • Click Create Account button
  • You will receive an email from FACTS SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. 
  • Save Username and Password once you have created them.
  • Log in to www.factsmgt.com to access your account
  • Select Parent Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.
  • Type in your username and password.  
  • After logging in, click on Apply/Enroll in the left menu.
  • Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment link.
