Hausner Students Earn Top National Honors in Mathematics

Hausner students demonstrated outstanding achievement across this semester's national mathematics competitions, showcasing strong problem-solving, perseverance, and mathematical creativity.

In the Noetic Math Contest, students earned National Honor Roll recognition (top 10% nationally) across multiple grades. Recipients included:

Grade 2: Ethan H, Natan A
Grade 3: Flynn K (National Honor Roll in the 4th and 6th grade levels), Daniel G, Nevoh L, Ido L, Ilai F, Mikael G, Shalev M
Grade 4: Ellah Y, Emmet G
Grade 6: Brayden Y, Ruthie G

In addition, Hausner Grade 3 and Grade 4 classes earned Team Achievement Awards, recognizing performance in the top 10% of participating classes nationwide.

In the Math Kangaroo competition, Hausner students placed among the top performers nationally, including Flynn K (4th place), Ethan H (8th place), Emmet G (14th place), and Guy B (17th place). This is an extraordinary achievement, as Math Kangaroo is a highly competitive international contest that challenges students to solve complex, creative, and non-routine problems. Placing in the top 20 nationally reflects not only strong mathematical skill, but also exceptional persistence, flexible thinking, and problem-solving confidence.
