Congratulations to our Upper School scientists and science teachers on their success at this year's Synopsys Science and Technology Championship, which was held at the Santa Clara County Convention Center on March 9.
7th graders Maya Mazin and Danny Stein won top prizes in their categories and will advance to the California Science & Engineering Fair and the Thermo Fisher Scientific Junior Innovators Challenge national competition. Danny received the Isabelle Stone Award for Best Biological Science Project, a grand prize award. 8th grader Dalia Saal received an Honorable Mention in her category. Upper School math and science teacher, Pooja Dimba, was honored as one of the winners of the Teacher Award from Green Ninja NGSS Science Curriculum.
